IMPORTANT: If you would like your order shipment delayed to a specific later date, please indicate these details for us in the note section of the cart page, or send us an email. Unless otherwise noted, all shipments will be sent as soon as they are prepared.

Returns and Refunds

Regarding Returns
All our treats are perishable and in order to comply with FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns. Additionally, if you received a damaged delivery, please contact delivery company directly.

Regarding Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We cannot be responsible for additional costs that may be incurred if addresses are entered incorrectly. There is also a chance packages will be lost and never find their way home to us. In this case, we will be unable to provide a refund for your order. So be perky when placing your order please!

Regarding Hot Weather:
Summer weather is fabulous, but most of our treats would not agree. We will insulate all chocolate and include ice packs with your orders, but aside from this extra loving care we cannot guarantee quality or punctuality of deliveries once they leave us. After waving goodbye to your orders, we must rely completely on delivery companies (FedEX, UPS, or USPS).

Also, please note that delivery times listed are predicted transit times only and do not include DTCO processing and packing times.

Regarding cancellations:
Need to cancel an order? No worries at all, but please let us know within 24 hours!

Regarding DTCO errors:
Gosh, we know they happen! If one has happened to you, we are sorry! How can we make it right? Please contact us within three days of receipt and we will do our best to put a smile back on your face. Ultimately, we want to take care of you, Customer-Friends.
